    Butte Parent Cafe schedules free dinners with child care provided, where parents have guided conversations to help solve problems which could affect their children.  Justin Margolis is a coordinator for this program which has a focus on what's strong, not what's wrong.  The meetings are held in Gridley, Oroville and Chico.
