    In this interview: (advance apologies for imbalance in the recorded sound) Victoria describes the activities and features of Feather River Recreation and Park District (FRRPD), located at 1875 Feather River Blvd. in Oroville.  Note: copies of their February-August 2017 "Guide To Fun", which includes information about all their current programs, and other local parks  are now available at their facility.  Victoria introduced a new Park Watch program, a crime prevention program for neighborhood parks--volunteers are needed.
